Since 2013, my mission is to help companies in developing their teams to have better results. Serving companies of all sizes, I have already taught countless lectures, trainings, participation in events and digital transformation consultancy. I also spoke in open events and attend clients in Brazil, USA and Europe, leveraging my experience in Marketing, Management, Innovation and Sales.
For six years, the Itaú-Unibanco Group was a client with a fixed contract to set up digitization plans for various areas and to carry out the training of these teams. I had the opportunity to participate in important projects such as the digitalization of the card area, the new service concept in agencies, the creation of the Digital Personnalité, the Uniclass Digital service platform, the Credit Platform digitization, the Itaú Cultural collaborative work, international benchmarking and others.
A member of the board, responding directly to the CEO, I cordoned off strategic planning equipment, participating in customer service, prospecting new opportunities, and conducting projects to ensure alignment with customer needs. I was in charge of planning team in this brazilian digital agency, taking care of all accounts’ strategy and communication planning - like DPaschoal, Pais&Filhos, Decathlon. Including: communication alternatives to client’s goals, negotiates with media companies, measures and report results. Also working with new businesses - like BP Consulting and Norcon-Rossi.
Boobox was a technology startup for social media (martech) that was invested by Venture Capital of Monasheex. I was responsible for structuring the entire business offering, building the team, and getting out of zero revenue for $ 1.5 million a year, faster than required by investors. I was also an advisor to Monasheex in the analysis of investments in other companies.
I´ve led the media consulting area of this provider of AdServer and WebAnalytics. Managed the entire team responsible for optimizing campaigns to generate better business results for customers. I also led the creation of new products such as the usability laboratory, business consulting and the behavior target tool, increasing the area's sales by 150%. Awarded twice for the best WebAnalytics project of the year (WAA).
Transferred to São Paulo to take care of the commercial area of the region, serving the largest distributors in Brazil. I took care of the strategy of prospecting, opening of stores, pricing, campaigns and trade marketing. I´ve made the relationship with the great networks and communication partners.
Responsible for the market research and the adequacy of the marketing strategy for Brazil. I served in board meetings as advisor for decision-making and led major projects such as Geomarketing and Consumer Segmentation. Development of business plan for a 2-wheeler factory and presentation to Michelin's global board that approved the investment in Brazil.
Leader of multidisciplinary teams in complex process and technology consulting projects. I have participated in the tropicalization of the business unit of Shared Services for Brazil. I attended directly to clients such as Petrobras, Oi, Xerox, Michelin, Vale do Rio Doce and others.
Start my career at IBM Brazil, as a process analyst. I was trained in technologies, negotiation and projects. I took over the management of process automation projects in several Latin American countries, was an IBM Americas official instructor and was awarded twice by the headquarter.
